NSWIS Emerging Talent Squads (ETS)
The NSWIS Emerging Talent Squad Program (ETS) aims to identify, motivate and recognise talented junior athletes who have produced outstanding results or have shown potential to achieve NSWIS selection standards and world-class results in the future. (Note ETS are NOT NSWIS Scholarship holders)
Sport specific Emerging Talent Squad Programs are delivered in partnerships that may include State and National Sporting Organisations; National Talent Identification and Development; targeted Regional Academies of Sport, clubs and schools. These partnerships assist with establishing sustainable programs for the future development of athletes.
