NSWIS program staff provides quality sports administration services while maintaining and developing strategic partnerships across the Australian sporting landscape. 

The program staff works closely with coaches and program partners to deliver effective and efficient high performance sport programs, focusing on operations management, four year sport agreements, program review and athlete selection.
