Adam Dickson is an Australian Snowboarder who competes in the snowboard cross discipline. He was selected for his first Australian Olympic team for the Beijing 2022 Winter Games
Hailing from Jindabyne, Adam decided to fully dedicate himself to his snowboard cross after watching the Australian team compete at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games.
In February 2016, the snowboarder made his world cup debut at the Olympic test event in Bokwang, Korea where he placed 20th. The following season he recorded a 12th place finish at the opening world cup event in Cerro Catedral, Argentina with another 12th place finish at the world cup La Molina, Spain.
At the final world cup event of the 2019-20 season, Adam claimed his world cup podium, taking bronze in Veysonnaz, Switzerland.
The NSW Institute of Sport scholarship holder finished the 2020-21 season ranked 25th after an 8th place finish at the world cup in Bakuriani.
Adam competed in the men’s snowboard cross on debut at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games and finished in 21st position overall.
