30 minute full-body playground workout

Playgrounds can provide a great environment for the entire family to exercise and be active. On your next run or family visit to the park, utilise the equipment and follow the below program to give yourself a fullbody strength workout 

When using equipment on a public playground, be sure to practise good hygiene by disinfecting your hands before and after use.

Complete four rounds of the 10-exercise circuit, resting for 60 seconds between each round.
