30 minute kettlebell workout at home

Kettlebells provide another form of free-weight training, which can be used to target a range of fitness qualities including muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance and coordination.

For this workout, you will need:

  • One single set of kettlebells
  • A skipping rope
  • Access to a range of different weights would be ideal to suit the range of movements prescribed
