5 quick stretches for your home workspace

Even with your healthy workplace set up prepared, it is important to still break the sitting position regularly.

It’s recommended that at least every hour you get out of your chair to move around and/or try some of our workspace stretches.

Remember, no pain is to be felt with these exercises; just a gentle, relieving stretch.
