5 tips to improve your pull-up

The pull-up is a common strength training exercise, which is particularly popular with athletes who compete in sports dominated by the upper body such as swimming and kayaking.

Not only is the pull-up a great exercise for the muscles of the upper back and arms, but it is also a good indicator of an individual’s relative strength (strength when compared to your body weight).
