About the role

The Administrator, Information Technology Support is responsible for providing a wide range of information technology administrative services and coordination support to organisation wide teams, undertaking service desk and information technology support activities. The role will be accountable for developing, administrating, and implementing the Athlete Management System (AMS) across sport programs, primarily through the SmartaBase platform, as it relates to the capture, storage and reporting of athlete and organisational data.

The position will support the successful adoption of sport technology across the organisation. In addition, the role will have the opportunity to gain experience from experienced data scientists by participating in relevant technology and innovation projects and initiatives.

About you

You will have:

  • Experience in IT customer service and support to accurately diagnose technology issues and provide targeted and successful resolutions.
  • Knowledge of current technologies (Microsoft365, Active Directory, AMS) with the ability to learn and support new technologies.
  • Experience in implementing security standards and procedures for all hardware and software to protect from unauthorised system access, virus infection and cyber threats.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Experience in multi-tasking and assisting with project management to achieve business objectives.

Essential requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, MS Exchange and Active Directory.
  • High technology literacy
  • Understanding the integration of software programs
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current driver’s license
  • Sport Integrity Australia – Anti-Doping Fundamentals and annual update 2022.
  • Sport Integrity Australia – PBTR – Child Protection and Safeguarding
