Take your sporting career to the next level

The NSW Institute of Sport works closely with many national and state sporting organisations to deliver support to up and coming athletes as agreed between those bodies and the Institute.

NSWIS sports programs such as diving and cycling have dedicated NSWIS talent squads, and other NSWIS sports may support targeted athletes through a talent agreement. In many other sports the national and state sporting organisations take a lead role in their own athlete development pathways programs.

For every partnership, NSWIS aligns each sports program’s long term development pathway model.

Talent identification opportunities with the NSW Institute of Sport will appear from time to time on the NSWIS website.
