An opportunity for up-and-coming cyclists has emerged to train with world class experts towards the potential of competing for Australia in front of a buzzing home crowd.
The NSW Institute of Sport, in collaboration with Cycling NSW, are building a NSW talent squad with the aim of developing Australian time trial stars to compete at the 2022 UCI Road World Championships in Wollongong.
As part of the squad, athletes will have access to world class experts, resources and training facilities, providing an invaluable opportunity for young cyclists to take the next step in their careers.
Who are we after?
The talent squad is targeting male and female cyclists within the below optimal age brackets, to compete in the respective Junior U19 and U23 time trial events in 2022.
- Males 15-16 years old currently (to compete in the Junior U19 division)
- Females 15-16 years old currently (to compete in the Junior U19 division)
- Males 19-20 years old currently (to compete in the Junior U23 division)
How do I apply?
