NSWIS mogul skiers return to international competition

The 2020/21 FIS Freestyle Moguls World Cup season got underway in Ruka, Finland, over the weekend, the first of 10 competitions slated to take place across the moguls and dual moguls events this season.
Seven skiers from the NSW Institute of Sport were in action for Australia as the athletes opened their campaigns.
With only three days on snow in the lead up to the competition, the NSWIS squad produced some solid results.
Both Matt Graham (5th) & Brodie Summers (6th) made the super final with Jakara Anthony (9th) just missing out by 0.3pts on the Super Final. Britt Cox collected 11th place in her World Cup return. James Matheson (18th) & Sophie Ash (20th) narrowly missed the finals, whilst Cooper Woods finished 48th.

The tour moves to Idre Fjäll, Sweeden this coming weekend for round two of the FIS Freestyle Moguls World Cup.
