Australia’s mixed recurve archery team Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games ended at the 1/8 elimination round as they were defeated 6-0 by Poland on Saturday 4th September at the Yumenoshima Final Field.
NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) archery Imalia Oktrininda teamed up with Taymon Kenton-Smith for Australia but their Polish opponents were the dominant force in their knockout match taking each of the three sets two points to nil, meaning a convincing six point to nil victory.
For Oktrininda her Tokyo Paralympic campaign can be one she is satisfied with having went deeper into the rounds in the individual recurve competition.
