World Cup gold for Ben Tudhope in Finland

Paralympian snowboarder Ben Tudhope has won world cup gold at the World Para Snowboard event in Pyha, Finland.

The NSW Institute of Sport athlete finished first ahead of Matti Suur-Hamari (Finland) who took silver and Evan Strong (USA) who finished third.

Last season’s overall crystal global winner, Tudhope won the men’s SB-LL2 big final in 45.68.

The 21-year-old then managed back to back medals, taking silver in the second final in the men’s para snowboard cross (LL2).
