Healthy eating habits at home

We’re all experiencing a major disruption to our everyday lives and daily routines. Therefore, it’s worthwhile taking some time to look at what you are eating so that your dietary habits suit the adjusted lifestyle and circumstances you’re now in.

As we all feel like we’re hibernating – possibly feeling a little flat and helpless – it’s normal to turn to food and / or alcohol for comfort, variety or an escape. However, if you are eating something that you think will make you feel better but in actuality, you end up feeling tired, lethargic, sluggish or guilty, then it may not be serving the purpose you intended.
