Former NSWIS swimmer and now NSW Technical Hub High Performance Coach Adam Kable has been selected for the first time as a national team coach.

An experienced trainer, Kable has been coaching with the NSW Institute of Sport for the last five years and has been given the call up for the Australian Dolphins, the national swimming team.

He’ll join a team of coaches led by Dutch head coach Jacco Verhaeren as the Dolphins head to the FINA World Championships in Budapest in July.

Kable will take charge of a squad of athletes which will include NSWIS rising star Matt Wilson, who is in fine form after his qualifying swim at the Australian Swimming Championships earlier this month.
