The NSWIS Rowing Program works in partnership with Rowing Australia and Rowing NSW to support Australian and NSW athletes to achieve world best rowing performances at all levels with the vision of Australia becoming the number one rowing nation in the world.

In addition to providing facilities, performance services and leadership to the NSW Pathway Program, NSWIS supports the Women’s National Training Centre, based in Penrith.

The program boasts some talented alumni and current scholarship holders including London and Rio Paralympic silver medallist, Erik Horrie, World Champions in the Men’s Four – Spencer Turrin, Josh Hicks & Jack Hargreaves – and triple Under 23 medallist, Rob Black.
