In partnership with Swimming Australia and Swimming NSW the NSWIS Swimming Program aims to support Australian swimming athletes and coaches to achieve career-best performance in benchmark event finals.
The program includes the Olympic Park Performance Hub and the Northern Metropolitan Performance Hub. For information on Swimming NSW's ACT Performance Hub, go to the SNSW Performance Hubs page.
Historically the NSWIS Swimming Program has supported some of the finest swimmers in history including Australia’s most successful Olympian Ian Thorpe OAM. In 1998, at 15 years of age Thorpe became the youngest swimming world champion in history. He went on to win five gold, three silver and one bronze Olympic medals.
