A new fleet of Toyota vehicles are now in use by the NSW Institute of Sport, thanks to Chatswood & Ryde Toyota.

The longstanding relationship with the Chatswood & Ryde Toyota dealerships sees four new vehicles in use, featuring a Kluger 7-seater All Wheel Drive, two Rav4’s and a HiAce Van.

And in keeping with a quirky tradition at NSWIS the fleet have been given names which make them easily identifiable when using the online booking management system.

Freddie Kluger replaces the outgoing Sonia Kluger, whilst Van Halen takes on the duties of the retiring Van Damme. Added to the fleet will be Ravioli, and Raverstock – named after Athlete Wellbeing & Engagement Manager, Troy Baverstock.

Supporting the NSW Institute of Sport is important for Anthony Lucisano, General Manager at Chatswood & Ryde Toyota.

“Working with NSWIS is always a pleasure. We love our sport and take pride in providing a fleet of vehicles that are reliable, hard-working and fit for purpose.

“It allows us to support those elite athletes we enjoy watching represent Australia on the world stage”.

Chatswood & Ryde Toyota also currently sponsor the Ian Thorpe OAM Outstanding Achievement award at the annual NSWIS Awards, which was this year won by Para Triathlon athlete Lauren Parker.

“We’re also delighted to have the opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements in sport by sponsoring an award category at the NSWIS Awards”.
