Four NSWIS athletes added to Olympic team

Four additional NSWIS athletes have been named on the Australian team for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang.

29 NSWIS athletes were named in the team at the end of last week, and the additional selections takes the NSWIS contribution to the total Australian team to 65%.

Ski cross Sochi Olympian Anton Grimus will be appearing at his second Olympic Games – and will be looking to improve on his 25th place finish in 2014.

Ski moguls athletes James Matheson & Rohan Chapman-Davies will make their Olympic debuts in South Korea, joining a formidably strong Australian moguls line up including Matt Graham and Brodie Summers in the men’s event, world champion Britt Cox in the women’s.

NSWIS Campaign PyeongChang cross country athlete Aimee Watson joins her brother Callum in the team for what will be her second Olympic Games.
