Mental health a continued focus for NSWIS staff & athletes

Following on from a number of recent initiatives in the mental health space, the NSW Institute of Sport yesterday invited The Resilience Project to present.

Hugh van Cuylenburg, founding director of The Resilience Project, spoke to staff, coaches and athletes on three principles that assist in being a happier individual – gratitute, empathy and mindfulness.
