Athletes, coaches and staff are being kitted out with new uniform from global sports brand Mizuno, long term sponsor and official Performance Partner for the NSW Institute of Sport.

Mizuno are one of the world’s leading high performance apparel brands, and have been supplying uniforms and footwear for NSWIS for a number of years.

The strong focus that Mizuno place on research and high performance product development continues to allow NSWIS athletes to train at their very best.

Having an apparel brand such as Mizuno on board brings corporate strategy to life, according to NSW Institute of Sport Acting CEO Clare Prideaux.

“At NSWIS we have a world’s best mindset across the entire business and seeing our athletes kitted out in Mizuno – a global brand that prioritise performance – links very well with this.”

Jason Crawford, National Sales Manager at Mizuno Australia, believes the relationship with the NSW Institute of Sport is a proud one.

“Partnering with NSWIS is a perfect fit for Mizuno and we’re happy to see it continue.

“As a brand we are focused on providing athletes & teams with industry-leading technologies to enhance performance, and through this partnership we have the perfect platform to showcase these innovations.”

Athletes, coaches and staff will continue to wear Mizuno teamwear for the next four years, which will include both the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in 2018, as well as the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
