Rowing quartet earn selections

Four NSWIS rowers have been selected for the men’s and women’s eight crews on Australian team contesting the 2014 World Rowing U23 Championships in late July.

The men’s eight sees three NSWIS athletes in the crew, with Louis Snelson, Aaron Wright and James Medway all getting the nod. They will be joined on the Australian team by their fellow NSWIS athlete Georgina Gotch, who was selected as a member of the women’s eight crew.

The 2014 World Rowing U23 Championships take place in Varese, Italy from 23-27 July 2014.
