Maya Billingham and Paralympic medallist Ben Tudhope at the 2024 at the Para Snowboard World Cup in Grasgehren, Germany

Three time Paralympian and NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) athlete Ben Tudhope has won two silver medals in snowboard cross at the Para Snowboard World Cup in Grasgehren, Germany.

In addition, Tudhope was part of the first ever FIS Inclusive Mixed Team Snowboard Cross Event in Grasgehren, Germany.

At the Nor-Am mogul competition in Val St Come, Canada, the highest place finisher in the men’s competitions, was NSWIS skier Edward Hill, who had his third straight top-ten dual mogul performance finishing in ninth place. Oliver Logan was the only male to reach the round of 16 finals in the men’s single moguls, finishing 13th.

Meanwhile, NSWIS athlete William McCarthy was the best performed NSWIS male rider at the European Cup in Grasgehren when he finished in tenth place in the snowboard cross event.

The next European Cup snowboard cross events take place in France at the Isola 2000 resort on March 13-14.
