Athletes from the Sprint Kayak team received nutrition advice firsthand over breakfast from the NSWIS Dietitian last week in Narrabeen.

Preparing several morning meal examples, NSW Institute of Sport’s Sally Walker provided cooking tips and instructions for athletes on what is possible to satisfy the demands of training.

Narrabeen Hub, the new facility for the Team NSWIS Sprint Kayak squad and the brainchild of Head Coach Jake Michael, was abuzz with athletes enjoying tasty breakfast options as well as a perfectly made coffee from world champion kayaker Murray Stewart.
