VIDEO | NSWIS Olympians mark one year to go

Today marks one year until the Olympic Games get underway in Tokyo.

To celebrate the milestone we interviewed some of the NSW Institute of Sport staff who were once Olympians themselves to find out what they were up to one year out from their first Olympics.

NSWIS Women’s Hockey Head Coach Katrina Powell, Strength & Conditioning Coach Zsolt Zsombor, Sport Consultant Melissa Mitchell-Gumley and Track Sprint Coach Sean Eadie also share some insight into their journeys, as well as advice for current athletes vying for Olympic selection.

Tokyo 2020 is sure to be an outstanding Olympics, and everyone at #TeamNSWIS is excited for what the next 12 months will bring.
