A three medal haul for the Australian Olympic Team at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics was celebrated on Sunday night by the Aussie athletes in the Closing Ceremony.

Silver medallist Jarryd Hughes waved the flag for Australia as the team concluded a successful Winter Olympics in South Korea.

What a team! What a night!

It has been a fascinating, entertaining Games, where Australian performances have shone. The Aussie Bobsleigh Team, who were one of the last to compete for Australia, looked happy following a respectful performance where they finished 25th in the Four-Man.

A large contingent of Australian athletes stayed right to the end of the Olympics, supporting their teammates and fellow Aussies throughout the Games before soaking up the atmosphere one last time in the Closing Ceremony.

Athletes will now continue their season or return home for a well earned rest.
