Aussie hockey teams through to Finals of FIH Pro League

Both the Kookaburras and the Hockeyroos have qualified for the FIH Pro League Finals following wins on the weekend over Germany.

NSWIS athletes Tom Craig and Blake Govers got on the scoresheet for the Kookaburras in their 2-1 win over a determined German men’s squad.

Fellow NSW Institute of Sport hockey player Emily Chalker scored in the Hockeyroos’ 3-1 victory over Germany’s women’s outfit.

The Kookaburras & Hockeyroos will both next play on Wednesday in Antwerp against Belgium, with the 2019 FIH Pro League Finals taking place in Amsterdam later this month.
