Two NSWIS athletes have been selected on the Australian Youth Olympic Team to contest the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway.

Mahalah Mullins and Emily Arthur will each compete in the women’s snowboard half-pipe and slopestyle events at the Games, with Arthur saying to the AOC, “It’s always been a dream of mine to represent Australia at the Olympics, and a few years ago when I found out about the Youth Olympics I had a new goal I wanted to achieve.”

Arthur has previously competed at the 2015 FIS World Championships, while Mullins recently recorded a ninth place finish in the women’s slopestyle at the Mammoth Mountain World Cup.
