Five NSWIS hockey players have been selected in the Australian junior women’s hockey squad, the Jillaroos, ahead of the 2013 Women’s Hockey Junior World Cup in July.

Rising star Mariah Williams headlines selections, having recently competed for the Australian senior women’s team, the Hockeyroos, and is joined by fellow NSWIS athletes Lily brazel, Mathilda Carmichael, Nina Khoury and Georgina Morgan.

The squad will travel to Japan in June for a four test series against the Japanese ‘A’ team, before the final team selections are made ahead of the world cup in Germany.
