NSWIS athletes will be taking to Sydney’s 2000 Olympic Velodrome next month as part of a strong squad racing in the Clarence Street Cup.

The night of racing – Cycling NSW’s premier track cycling carnival of the year – will take place on 4 February.

NSWIS athletes will be the main attraction for the women’s events. World team pursuit champion Ashlee Ankudinoff will be competing in the wheel race, while Oceania Track Sprint Champion and former Olympian Kaarle McCullough will be part of a sprint exhibition.

In the men’s competition two NSWIS riders recently promoted to the National Track Endurance Squad will be on show. These are former dual world champion and 2020 Olympics hopeful Cameron Scott, and national Madison champion Nick Yallouris.
