The 2015 Rowing World Cup concluded over the weekend, with the final event taking place in Lucerne, Switzerland.

NSWIS results were highlighted by four athletes finishing fifth in their respective races.

Jack Hargreaves and Nicholas Wheatley took fifth in the men’s pair, while James Chapman and Nicholas Purnell finishing fifth as part of the Australian men’s eight crew.

Cameron Girdlestone finished sixth as a member of the Australian men’s quad scull crew, while Genevieve Horton finished first in final B of the women’s pair.

The next major event on the rowing schedule is the 2015 World Rowing U23 Championships, which take place in Plovdiv, Bulgaria from 22-26 July.
