Skier Melissa Perrine has secured silver at the Para Alpine Skiing Slalom World Cup event in Zagreb, Croatia.

The NSW Institute of Sport Scholarship Holder took the medal with sighted guide Bobbi Kelly ahead of the 2019 World Para Alpine Skiing Championships, which take place next week.

Perrine will compete with three fellow NSWIS athletes – Sam Tait, Tori Pendergast and Patrick Jensen (with sighted guide Zali Offord).

Coming off two Paralympic bronze medals at PyeongChang in 2018, Perrine will be one to watch on the slopes.
